Thanksgiving...

My son has a Thanksgiving luncheon at school today and was talking about making a placemat for it. It reminded me of making paper placements in elementary school by weaving paper strips. That became my inspiration for the background of this card. I stamped Sunflower, Sunset, and New England Ivy ink on 1/4" strips which I wove through a piece of Barn Red cardstock slit every 1/4". I'm a fan of fall colors, in case you can't tell. :)

Side Project

This is an accordian-style photo display I made awhile back. I used up the last of my Stardust paper pack. It was a fun project and I really like how it turned out.

Baby Girl

Guess what's been on my mind these days :) Waiting for my own little baby girl to arrive helped inspire this crafty creation. I was pleased to find the perfect pattern to use with the Hollyhock cardstock on the back of a piece of Jingle B&T. So cute!

I spent a long time working on these pages...for no particular reason. I do like how the stamping on the journaling boxes came out.

In the mood to Scrapbook!

I've been trying to get caught up with my scrapbooking. Once September hits, I'll end up a year behind again :)
